Meet the Founder
I'm Antonia White, MPH — Founder and Managing Director of Green Horizon Alliance, and a public health professional originally from Rolling Fork, Mississippi.
Growing up in the Delta shaped everything about how I understand community, access, and resilience. It's not just backstory — it's the lens I bring to every organization I work with.
With over eight years of experience in public health, capacity building, community engagement, and grant development, I founded GHA because I kept seeing the same problem: nonprofits doing critical work but missing the back-end systems that funders actually look for.
I believe meaningful change happens when strategy meets lived experience — and when communities are built with, not for.
